Job Description:
Role: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Birmingham
Start: November 2025
Tradewind Recruitment are on the look out for passionate and experienced Behaviour Mentors to join vibrant and inclusive Primary Schools based in Birmingham. We have immediate full-time positions available, with both long-term and short term roles.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll support students who require additional behavioural and emotional guidance, working one-to-one and in small groups to help them re-engage with learning and make positive choices.
You will need:
* Previous experience working with children or young people (school, youth work, mentoring, or similar)
* Confidence in managing behaviour and building positive relationships
*A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
