Position: Pyschology Teacher
Location: Edgbaston
Start Date: 3rd November
Contract: Full-time, MPS/UPS pay structure
Are you a passionate Social Sciences Teacher looking for a full-time position? If so, please contact me immediately. The post has an immediate start, and continue as a 1 year maternity cover, with the possibility for extension. As a Social Sciences Teacher, you’ll be responsible for teaching predominantly Psychology with some Sociology.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to KS4 and KS5
*Take on full responsibilities including planning and marking in both subjects.
*Collaborate with a small and supportive department to foster a stimulating learning environment & drive interest in Social Sciences
*Ensure a safe, conducive environment where students can thrive personally and academically
To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*A genuine passion for education & the Social Sciences
*Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Passion for education and a commitment to student success
