Tradewind Recruitment are working with a single form entry school who are recruiting for a Year 4 Teacher to start with them after October half term.

As a Year 4 Primary Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 (KS2).
* Planning, preparing, and marking work to ensure excellent pupil progress.
* Managing full classroom responsibilities, and maintaining a positive learning environment.
* Using excellent behaviour management techniques to support student development.
* Collaborating with colleagues and parents to enhance pupil outcomes.

To be successful in this Year 4 Primary Teacher role, you will need:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience teaching in a Primary School setting, particularly Key Stage 2.
* Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and lesson planning.
* Excellent behaviour management skills.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
