Team Leader - Nights
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our well-established client based in Leicester.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.
Shifts:
*Sunday - Thursday: 22:00 - 06:00
Rates of Pay:
*£18:08 per hour

Day to Day Duties:
Your duties as a Team Leader will be:
*Supervised zone picking activities, ensuring team members adhere to correct procedures and achieve pick accuracy targets
*Monitor and initiate the required service, maintenance and repair of equipment and the purchase of materials as required
*Carry out personnel development and performance reviews and appraisals with staff
*Cross training between departments to allow coverage of other sections in event of holidays, sickness or absence
*Actively manage the team to ensure the efficient flow of products through the warehouse, achieve targets and ensure the full and efficient use of resources
*Acting as first point of contact for operational queries during shifts
