TRIBE Recruitment are partnering with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial food business to appoint a Financial Controller to support the next phase of brand and business growth.
This is a broad, hands-on FC role in a business where finance is fully embedded in the operation, partnering with commercial and ops teams, shaping decisions, and getting involved in genuinely interesting projects.

The Role*Own the day-to-day finance function and manage a small team
*Lead month-end, management accounts, budgeting and forecasting
*Partner with commercial and operations teams on pricing, tenders, and margins
*Build and evaluate capex business cases
*Improve processes, controls, and reporting as the business scales
*Get involved in a wide range of ad-hoc and growth-focused projects
The Person*Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
*Experience as a Financial Controller or strong Senior Finance Manager
*Background in food, FMCG, or fast-paced consumer businesses
*Commercially minded, curious, and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
*Hands-on, collaborative, and happy being close to the detail
The Package*£70,000 – £80,000 base salary
