Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant (Northampton)
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000-£42,000 in your first year)
Requirement: Full UK driving licence or test booked.

As a Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to:
* Find and interview brilliant teachers and support staff
* Create strong candidate profiles to share with schools
* Support your team with daily placements and begin building your own client base
* Grow into a full 360 consultant - managing relationships, handling negotiations, and driving your own success
