Job Description:
As a Laboratory Manager, you’ll be managing the lab team to the highest standards, ensuring the leadership vision in the lab is in line with the stores and Specsavers visions and values.

What’s involved?
*Take control of training and supporting staff.
*To provide the highest quality glazing service to the stores in order to achieve maximum sales and profitability through management of the in-store lab team.
*Work efficiently and to remake targets (bonus potential)
One day you could be repairing spectacles. The next, you could be glazing and tinting single vision lenses. The important thing is that you’ll be learning all the time – building on your knowledge, with a can-do attitude and ready to take the team to the next level.
An eye for detail is a must. You should also be good with people and able to work as part of a team. You’ll be friendly and organised too, presenting a professional image to customers at all times. Most importantly to be an ambassador for the Specsavers brand at all times.
