Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a well-established company based in Lancing.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a warehouse environment, with knowledge of health & safety and goods-in processes.
You’ll also need a valid, clean UK driving licence as you’ll be required to drive the company van to deliver goods, along with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (not in-house).
As a Warehouse Operative, your key responsibilities will include:
*Completing paperwork to ensure goods are dispatched correctly
*Using a forklift (counterbalance) to unload deliveries
*Labelling, sorting, and storing goods in the correct places
*Assisting with stock counts
*Keeping the warehouse tidy and organised
*Driving the company van to deliver goods
*Supporting health & safety procedures
Requirements for the Warehouse Operative:
*Valid, clean UK driving licence
*Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
*Previous experience in a warehouse/goods-in environment

The Warehouse Operative is a full-time, permanent role based in Lancing, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with an annual salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience.
