Salary - Up to £31,500 + Bonuses (Depending on Experience) Pro rata Salary if

This dual-role position offers a unique blend of responsibilities that will keep your workday varied and engaging. As an Administrator, you will be the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth operations through meticulous organisation and attention to detail. Your tasks will include handling correspondence, and maintaining records, preparing and invoicing clients all while contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.


In your capacity as a Business Development Manager, you will play an important role in expanding PEAR Recruitment’s client base. This involves reaching out to potential clients, presenting the agency’s services with confidence, and building lasting professional relationships. Your ability to communicate effectively over the phone will be crucial, as you will be the first point of contact for many new clients.


Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
*Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong emphasis on organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Demonstrated success in business development or sales, particularly in a recruitment or staffing context.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and persuasive telephone manner.
*Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems.
*A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
