£70,000–£80,000 base salary + Car allowance (OTE £100k+, Year 3 £120k+)

Your Role
*Deliver holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
*Manage and develop relationships with existing clients—virtually and in person
*Translate financial complexity into clear, actionable plans that drive outcomes
*Expand your client base via referrals, introducers, and business development support
*Stay on top of regulatory changes, product innovation, and client opportunities
About You
*Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) and active CF30 status
*Proven track record of delivering advice in a client-focused, compliant manner
*Commercially astute with strong relationship-building and communication skills
*Confident using digital tools and hybrid engagement strategies
*Comfortable working with HNW clients including professionals, business owners, and retirees
