*A collaborative culture that encourages shared problem-solving and reflective SEN practice
*A comprehensive training and mentoring programme for Early Career Teachers, with on-site support from experienced SEN professionals
*The opportunity to make a meaningful and sustained impact on pupils with complex needs within a values-driven setting
Essential Criteria
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Commitment to inclusive, nurturing and inspiring practice
*Passion for creating positive and responsive learning environments
*Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external specialists
*Knowledge and understanding of special educational needs gained through classroom experience
This is an excellent opportunity for a committed SEN teacher to join a supportive, reflective team and make a genuine difference to the lives of pupils with complex needs while being valued and well-supported in their professional practice.
