Primary Special Needs Teaching Assistant - South Birmingham
Location: South Birmingham
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: £90-£100 per day
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants
The Role:
*Support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
*Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored learning plans.
*Provide one-to-one and small group support to help pupils achieve their full potential.
*Promote positive behaviour and inclusion within the classroom.
Requirements:
*Previous experience working with children with SEN in a school setting.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*A patient, caring, and resilient approach.
*DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
