Job Description:
Do you love providing great customer service and have a flair for numbers? If yes, this role could be for you.
In this role, you don’t need to be a pensions expert – we’ll give you all the training you need. What matters most is your attention to detail, your love of spreadsheets, and your ability to explain complex information in a simple and clear way.
You’ll be working closely with our Pensions Team Leaders to make sure pension contributions are accurate and on time. You’ll also be using your number skills and tech-savviness to navigate our systems and support the team in delivering a smooth and efficient service.
You’ll be someone who takes pride in getting things right and enjoys working with data. You’ll be confident with numbers and excel and have great communication and collaboration skills. If you’ve got experience in payroll or pensions, that’s a bonus. What really counts is your enthusiasm, your willingness to learn, and your ability to work well with others.
You’ll be joining a team where growth and development is encouraged. We offer a hybrid working setup, so you’ll split your time between home and our Nottingham office, where you’ll collaborate with your team and build strong connections.
