Tradewind Recruitment are working with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Bury to recruit a Year 2 Teacher for a part-time maternity cover role, starting ASAP.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher to join a supportive team and make a positive impact in a Key Stage 1 setting. The role is for 3 days per week, with flexibility on days for the right candidate.
The Role:
* Teaching a Year 2 class as part of a job-share

* Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum

* Creating a positive, inclusive and nurturing learning environment

* Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold QTS (or equivalent UK teaching qualification)

* Have experience teaching in KS1, ideally Year 2

* Be committed, reliable and passionate about primary education
