Lettings Negotiator
Salary: £20-25k basic
Car Allowance
OTE: £40-45k OTE

We are working with a well-established multi branch independent estate agency who are now looking to bring a driven lettings negotiator into their successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career within a supportive, professional environment while growing their expertise as a lettings negotiator.
Role Overview:
As a lettings negotiator, you will be responsible for registering applicants, conducting viewings, agreeing lets and providing outstanding customer service throughout the process. You will work closely with landlords and tenants, ensuring a smooth move-in experience. This is a fantastic chance for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to develop further as a lettings negotiator within a respected agency.
Requirements:
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Motivated, organised and eager to progress as a lettings negotiator
