The Role
This is a Management Accountant role with a defined pathway to Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
*Produce monthly management accounts with commentary
*Lead variance analysis on management accounts
*Lead first draft of budgets and monthly reforecasting
*Business partner with Heads of Department on P&Ls
*Support improvements in project and overall profitability
*Provide clear, actionable financial insight to non-finance stakeholders
About You
*Part-Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
*Experience in management accounting, budgeting and forecasting
*Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
*Comfortable partnering with senior specialists
