Dance Health Programmes ManagerLocation: Hybrid – Glasgow, UK
Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Working Hours: 35 hours per week (some evening and weekend work required)
OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced and passionate Dance Health Programmes Manager to join their Engagement team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a dance professional with a strong background in dance for health to contribute to the planning, delivery, and ongoing development of high-quality, inclusive dance health programmes at both local and national levels.
The successful candidate will work in a collaborative and creative environment, with access to informal career mentoring and the opportunity to help shape the long-term vision of the Engagement team. Responsibilities*Plan, manage, and deliver high-quality dance health programmes and projects across community, professional, and educational settings
*Support the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic development of the Engagement team
*Collaborate closely with senior colleagues to review, refine, and enhance existing dance health programmes
*Ensure programmes remain impactful, accessible, and aligned with organisational strategy
*Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
*Contribute to programme evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement
Requirements*Demonstrated experience designing and delivering dance initiatives and training in community, professional, and/or formal education contexts
*Strong knowledge and practical experience within the field of dance for health
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships
*Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
*A proactive, organised, and adaptable approach to programme management
