Fully Funded PhD Studentships (x3) – Arts & HumanitiesLocation: United Kingdom
Contract: Full time (PhD studentship)
Start date: 2026
Our client is inviting applications for three fully funded PhD studentships through the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) Doctoral Landscape Awards (DLA) scheme.
These studentships are offered via an open competition, allowing applicants to design their own research project within AHRC-funded Arts and Humanities disciplines. Eligible subject areas include (but are not limited to): Archaeology, History, Languages, Literature, Linguistics, Philosophy, Law, Politics, Media, Music, Human Geography and Architecture.
FundingEach studentship includes:
*Full tuition fees (home or international)
*Annual stipend at UKRI rates (£20,780 for 2025–26)
*Additional funding for research and training
International applicants are fully funded but will need to cover visa and relocation costs.
Eligibility*Open to UK and international applicants
*One international studentship available per cycle (UKRI rules apply)
*Full-time study preferred; part-time options may be considered
*Applicants must meet UKRI eligibility criteria
Duration*3.5 to 4 years, depending on training and project needs
