Shift Patterns & Pay Rates:
*Morning Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM | £13.25 per hour
*Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | £13.75 per hour
*Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM | £14.00 - £14.50 per hour
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join a leading manufacturer specialising in precision Paint components for the automotive and industrial sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards before leaving the production line.
Key Responsibilities:
*Perform visual and dimensional inspections of plastic components using gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools.
*Verify compliance with customer specifications and internal quality standards.
*Record inspection results accurately and maintain detailed documentation.
*Identify and report any defects or non-conformities promptly.
*Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
*Work collaboratively with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Requirements:
*Previous experience in a quality inspection role within manufacturing (preferably automotive or plastics).
*Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
*Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
*Flexibility to work across different shifts as required.
