MID-WEIGHT UX/UI DESIGNER
*£35,000-£45,000 DOE
*Hybrid working - 2 days onsite
*Based in Liverpool
*Permanent role within a growing digital team
*Opportunity to work on end-to-end product and platform design

THE MID-WEIGHT UX/UI DESIGNER ROLE:
You’ll be joining a cross-functional product team, working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design intuitive and accessible digital experiences.
The role will involve a balance of UX thinking and UI execution, from discovery and user research through to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design. You’ll have the opportunity to influence design decisions and contribute to the evolution of the overall design system.
MID-WEIGHT UX/UI DESIGNER - ESSENTIAL SKILLS
*3+ years’ experience in a UX/UI or Product Design role
*Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX process and UI design
*Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user journeys
*Confident using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
*Understanding of user-centred design principles and accessibility
*Comfortable collaborating within agile, cross-functional teams
