Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people? We’re looking for a Turnaround Practitioner to join our dedicated team within the Youth Justice Service.
Key Responsibilities *Assess children referred to the Youth Justice Service (YJS) to understand their needs and risks.
*Develop and oversee tailored plans that support positive change and improve safety for the child and the wider community.
*Deliver targeted interventions to help children make better choices and achieve their goals.
*Collaborate within a multi-agency network, working closely with professionals to provide holistic support around each child.

*Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
