Temporary Receptionist - Prestigious Property Management Company
Location: Marble Arch, London
Contract: Temporary (this week only)
Pay Rate: £13-14 per hour
Dates & Working Hours * Tuesday 6th: 10:30am - 4:30pm
* Wednesday 7th: 8:30am - 2:00pm
* Thursday 8th: 11:00am - 4:30pm
* Friday 9th: 11:00am - 4:30pm
The Role We are currently recruiting a professional and reliable Temporary Receptionist to support a prestigious property management company based in Marble Arch. This role is ideal for someone confident in front-of-house duties and able to step in at short notice.
Key Responsibilities * Managing front-of-house reception and welcoming visitors
* Answering and directing incoming calls
* Handling emails and basic administrative tasks
* Supporting the office team as required
* Maintaining a professional and presentable reception area
Candidate Requirements * Previous reception or front-of-house experience
* Professional, polished, and approachable manner
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Reliable and punctual
* Comfortable supporting a busy office environment
