Are you an IBA manager looking for an exciting new opportunity to start in 2026? A fantastic organisation who are rapidly growing are hiring on a permanent basis. After probation the opportunity will be come fully hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote working.
Your new role will include:
*Preparing monthly and daily bank reconciliations
*Overseeing Insurance Broking Activities
*Managing a team
*Management of credit control, premiums and commissions
*Provide continuous improvements and fresh ideas for the department


To be successful in this role:
*Previous insurance sector experience - essential
*Previous finance experience including systems
*Previous reconciliation experience
