Internal Salesperson - Full-Time
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Salesperson to join our team in Prudhoe. This full-time role involves managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring a smooth process from initial contact through to order completion.
Key Responsibilities *Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries
*Prepare accurate quotations and follow through to order confirmation
*Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Qualifications & Skills *Proven experience in sales and customer support
*Strong account management skills with a commitment to client satisfaction
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
*Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual tasks independently
*Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs
*Experience in B2B sales is advantageous but not essential
*Ability to prioritise workload effectively
*Exceptional organisational skills
*A confident and professional telephone manner is essential
*Due to the location, access to own transport is desirable
Technical Skills *Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
*Experience with SAP is desirable but not essential
Personal Attributes *Customer-focused with a proactive approach to developing new business
*Ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
*A strong team player who contributes to team goals while working independently when required
