SEN Teacher - Full Time (5 Days) - Bromsgrove

Aspire People are seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teacher to work full time, Monday to Friday, in a supportive specialist setting in Bromsgrove. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive both academically and emotionally.
Role Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with a range of special educational needs
Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment
Work collaboratively with support staff, parents and external professionals
Use creative and adaptive teaching strategies to support individual progress
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working with SEN pupils (ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD or similar)
A patient, resilient and compassionate approach
Strong communication and behaviour-management skills
