About the Graduate Programme Tradewind’s Graduate Programme provides structured, paid experience in a school setting, allowing you to:
* Gain first-hand classroom experience supporting pupils and teachers

* Work closely with experienced education professionals and mentors

* Develop key skills in behaviour management, lesson support, and safeguarding

* Explore different year groups and subjects to find the right path for you

You will be placed in a supportive school environment where you can make a real difference to students’ learning and wellbeing while receiving ongoing guidance from both the school and your dedicated Tradewind consultant.
The Role As a Graduate on the programme, you may be involved in:
* Supporting pupils in class, small groups, or on a one-to-one basis

* Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation

* Helping to raise attainment and engagement across the school

* Providing pastoral support and acting as a positive role model

* Gaining exposure to daily school life and professional expectations

Who We’re Looking For * A recent graduate (any degree subject welcome)

* A genuine interest in education and working with young people

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* A positive, proactive, and reliable attitude

* Experience with children or young people is desirable but not essential
