What You’ll Do
*Deliver 1:1 or small-group tuition tailored to each learner’s needs
*Create engaging, supportive lessons that help students overcome barriers
*Work with young people who may have gaps in learning or disrupted education
*Encourage confidence, independence and academic progress
*Work flexibly, with opportunities for In-Person tuition
We’re Looking For People With:
*Experience in education or supporting young people (any setting welcomed)
*A strong understanding of how to adapt learning to different abilities
*Patience, empathy and a nurturing approach
*Good communication and organisational skills
*A genuine desire to help learners thrive through personalised support
