Job Description:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Tameside Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in the Tameside area who are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work across KS1 and KS2.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA who is adaptable, confident across year groups, and passionate about supporting pupils’ learning and development.
The Role: * Providing classroom support across KS1 and KS2
* Working with small groups and on a 1:1 basis where required
* Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
* Assisting with interventions to help pupils make progress
* Offering both academic and pastoral support to pupils
The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Previous experience working across KS1 and KS2
* A proactive, flexible, and nurturing approach
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* A genuine passion for education and supporting children to succeed
