An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen for an experienced Audit Partner (RI) to join a highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants in Swindon. Key Responsibilities*Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients, ensuring compliance with UK auditing standards
*Act as Responsible Individual (RI) for statutory audits
*Provide strategic input into the growth and development of the audit department
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
*Mentor, develop, and lead audit teams across the practice
*Support business development and contribute to winning new audit work
Requirements*ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
*RI status (or the ability to obtain RI status)
*Proven experience operating at Partner or Senior Leadership level within audit
*Strong technical knowledge of UK audit and regulatory requirements
*Excellent communication and leadership skills
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
