About the Role We are currently recruiting a dependable and experienced Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) licence to join our busy warehouse team in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities *Safely operate a Counterbalance FLT in line with company procedures and health & safety standards
*Load and unload deliveries from vehicles efficiently
*Move, stack, and store goods accurately within designated warehouse locations
*Carry out stock checks and support accurate inventory control
*Assist with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and dispatch
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment at all times
Requirements *A valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
*Previous experience working within a warehouse or distribution environment
*Strong awareness of health and safety practices
*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
*Good attention to detail and time-management skills
*A reliable and positive attitude to work
