LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency

Salary: OTE: £50,000 per annum

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to manage enquiries, progress deals and deliver high service standards within a premium Putney market.
The opportunity will ideally suit a candidate with some previous lettings experience who can dive straight in.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
*Managing applicant enquiries and registering new clients
*Conducting viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements
*Supporting the growth of market share in the local area
*Providing a high standard of customer service throughout the lettings process
*Progressing tenancies from offer through to completion
*Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience as a residential lettings agent
*Strong sales and negotiation ability
*High standard of customer service skills
*Confident telephone manner with a positive approach
*Well presented, reliable and self-motivated
*Knowledge of the Putney area beneficial
*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
*Professional approach to estate agency
