Package:
£25,000 - £28,000 Basic (DOE) - increasing to £30,000 after 6 months successful probation
OTE: £50,000 - £55,000 Year One

The Role:
As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for UK SMEs looking for funding. You’ll handle inbound leads, prospect through enriched marketing data, and close deals for a range of finance solutions, covering Asset Finance, Business Loans, Invoice Finance, Merchant Cash Advances, and more. This is a consultative sales role where you’ll qualify needs, present solutions, and convert opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
*Engage with inbound leads and convert them into deals
*Prospect through enriched data to generate new opportunities
*Qualify SME funding requirements and match them with the right products
*Manage your own pipeline and drive revenue through proactive outreach
*Work closely with lenders to ensure smooth application processes
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in sales or lead generation (minimum 1 year)
*Comfortable and confident with prospecting
*Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
*Highly driven, proactive, and eager to learn and progress
*Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
