Job Title: Maintenance Engineer (Days)About the Company A leading UK manufacturer operating within a heavy industrial environment. The company has a long-standing presence in the sector and continues to grow, with a focus on structural and mechanical production processes.
Job Description * Install, diagnose, and repair hydraulic systems
* Install, diagnose, and repair electrical systems
* Install, diagnose, and repair pneumatic systems
* Carry out welding (MIG, Arc), cutting, and fabrication tasks
* Perform fault finding and rectification
* Undertake both reactive and preventative maintenance
* Conduct periodic servicing and maintenance
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and equipment condition, including part identification and procurement
* Willingness to work paid overtime when required
Experience / Skills / Qualifications * Previous experience in a maintenance role within a production or manufacturing environment
* Skilled in mechanical repairs and maintenance, including:
* Bearings, belts, chains
* Motors, gearboxes
* Hydraulics and pneumatics
* Welding
Additional Details * Reason for Hire: Team expansion
* Salary: Up to £52,000 basic + overtime at 1.5x
* Pension: Government scheme
* Hours: 42.5 hours per week
* Shift Pattern: Days
* Holiday: 25 days paid annual leave
