Payroll Administrator – Buckinghamshire – £30k-£35k Hybrid Benefits

The Role:
*Run weekly and monthly payroll, including wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
*Manage CIS returns and CIS suffered.
*Handle pension administration (auto-enrolment uploads, redeclarations).
*Process statutory payments and benefits in kind.
*Communicate with HMRC to resolve queries.
*Maintain strong client relationships and handle daily queries.
*Manage billing and debt chasing.
About You:
*4 years’ payroll experience within an accountancy practice.
*Knowledge of BrightPay software preferred.
*Strong understanding of payroll legislation, statutory payments, tax rules, NI, and pensions.
*Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to resolve inconsistencies.
*Professional communicator with strong client service skills.
