The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll work consultatively with UK SMEs, helping them access the funding they need to grow. You’ll structure deals, negotiate terms, and source the best solutions from a panel of lenders-covering Asset Finance, Business Loans, Invoice Finance, Merchant Cash Advances, and more.
What You’ll Do:
*Build and manage SME client relationships
*Structure deals and negotiate terms
*Drive revenue through proactive business development
*Work closely with lenders to ensure smooth applications
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience in commercial finance (brokerage or lender)
*Proven cold calling and new business track record
*Strong understanding of lending products
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Ambition to grow with a scaling business
