Job Description:
Position: School Support Worker
Location: Ware
Pay: £460 - £500 per week
Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 3:30pm

*Supporting students with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD in both classroom and one-to-one settings.
*Collaborating with school clinical teams to deliver personalised support strategies.
*Assisting teachers in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
*Promoting a safe, inclusive, and emotionally supportive learning environment.
