Key Responsibilities:
*Provide support to teachers and pupils across a variety of subjects.
*Work 1:1 or with small groups of children to assist with learning and development.
*Support the classroom teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons.
*Encourage positive behaviour and create an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
*Monitor and record pupil progress, assisting with the implementation of intervention strategies.
*Help with classroom management, ensuring a safe and productive atmosphere.
The Ideal Candidate:
*Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
*Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
*A strong understanding of the primary curriculum and teaching strategies.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children.
*Flexible and adaptable to different school environments and teaching needs.
*A commitment to making a positive impact on students’ academic progress and emotional well-being.
