This organisation is a strategic and hands-on Operations Manager to lead a team and support with their customer journey.
Your new role
Your responsibilities include:
*Leading daily stand-ups and managing a team
*Overseeing the full end-to-end customer journey
*Identifying and implementing process improvements
*Ensuring regulatory compliance and scripts are FCA compliant
*Monitoring team performance and producing regular reports
*Spotting trends
*Meeting with auditors
*Collaborating across departments to enhance operational efficiency
*Other ad-hoc duties required
What you’ll need to succeed
*A strong background in an insurance or regulated environment, ideally personal lines insurance
*Proven experience in a managerial or operational leadership role
*A track record of improving processes and driving performance
*Strong analytical and reporting skills
*Clear communication, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
