Part-Time Administrator - Luxury Retailer - Chichester
We are a luxury retailer in Chichester seeking an experienced PART TIMEadministrator (25-30hrs per wk) to join our team. This role is Monday to Friday with flexible hours and offers a salary of up to £30,000 per annum pro rata.
Key Responsibilities
*Perform general administrative duties including data entry, record keeping, filing, and document management
*Support daily office operations and team coordination
*Maintain accurate records and systems using retail software, including Pursuit
*Assist with internal communications and reporting
Skills and Experience Required
*Previous administrative experience in a retail, luxury, or office environment
*Strong computer literacy, confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and retail software systems
*Knowledge of Pursuit software or similar systems is highly desirable (training provided)
*Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
*Professional, reliable, and discreet
