Duties:
*Conduct comprehensive inspections of damaged vehicles within the workshop
*Accurately assess vehicle damage, estimate repair methods, costs, and timescales
*Produce detailed estimates using Audatex (training provided if necessary)
*Identify and maximise upsell opportunities in line with repair requirements
*Liaise effectively with technicians to ensure repair methods are clear and feasible
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor or Estimator
*Strong practical skills with a hands-on approach to estimating damage and repair costs
*Audatex experience is preferred but not essential
*High attention to detail and ability to work independently
*Full UK driving licence is essential
