These Full Time positions will require you to provide 1:1 and Small Group support to pupils to help them in both an academic and personal capacity.
Role and Responsibilities:
*Provide individual and small group support to children with a range of Special Educational Needs.
*Help carry out and review IEPs
*Work closely with Teachers, parents and external professionals to develop techniques to best support each pupil
*Provide a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
Who we are looking for:
*Someone with previous experience supporting children with SEN either in an educational or support worker capacity
*A resilient and caring nature
*An excellent understanding of safeguarding processes
*Experience supporting children with challenging behaviour
*Strong communication skills and an enthusiasm to get children involved with school
