Production Operative – Corby, Northamptonshire
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our well-established client based in Corby, Northamptonshire.

Shifts
• Monday to Friday
• 06:00 – 14:15
Rates of Pay
• £12.21 per hour
Benefits

Day-to-Day Duties
• Assembling high-quality window frames
• Carrying out stock control and regular stock checks
• Loading and unloading relevant materials and stock
• Using hand tools effectively to assemble products
• Moving and organising stock
• Ensuring all items are stored correctly and safely
• Following health and safety guidelines at all times
Essential Skills
• A basic level of English (spoken and written)
• Reliability and punctuality
• Good communication skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Ability to use hand tools efficiently
Desirable Experience
• Previous production or assembly experience (advantageous but not essential)
• Previous experience using hand tools
Training Provided
• Full training provided with ongoing support
