We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to deliver high-quality planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and void properties. They will play a key role in sustaining the quality of the properties within our portfolio.

*General maintenance and upkeep
*Painting
*Lock changes
*Decorating
*Basic plumbing repairs such as unblocking sinks/toilets, fixing taps & valves, and dealing with leaks
*Basic electrical repair
*Investigate boiler issues
*Fitting window restrictions
*Light pest control treatments
*Light cleaning duties
*Small property clearance
*General void property works


Who you will be:
*Efficient
*Reliable
*Flexible
*Ability to work to deadlines
*Must hold a valid UK driving licence
*Own tools are preferred but not essential
