This company has over 40 years of experience and is one of the UK’s largest sealants specialists, with seven offices across England, Scotland, and Wales. Cosmetic repair is a highly skilled trade, repairing surfaces such as ceramic, metal, wood, and glass, making items look as good as new rather than being replaced.
Key Duties * Enrolment on the internal training programme from day one.

* Hands-on training in the company’s dedicated facility, then on-site experience.

* Work alongside experienced tradespeople to develop Cosmetic Repair skills.

* Prepare and make safe workspaces.

* Carry out intricate repair work with patience and attention to detail.

* Experience a variety of tasks to develop different skills on every site.

Requirements * Full UK driving licence.

* No previous experience necessary.

* Interested in learning and progressing in a construction trade.

* Conscientious, willing to learn, and reliable.

* Excellent eye for detail and colour matching.
