Job Description:
Job Specification: Nursery Nurse (Level 3)
Location: Telegraph Hill, London (SE14) Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 per year (Dependent on
experience)
Contract:Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week on a weekly rota)
The Role:
As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will work within an established, supportive setting to provide
high-quality care and learning for children aged 6 months to 5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and their families.
Observe, track, and plan activities in alignment with the EYFS curriculum.
Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children by following strict safeguarding
procedures.
Collaborate effectively with a friendly, professional team.
Requirements
Qualifications: Level 3 Childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3,
NNEB, or higher).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursery experience, specifically including work with
children under two years old.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding protocols, and health and
safety regulations.
Skills: Excellent communication and the ability to liaise professionally with parents.
