This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate in Engineer/Sales/Accountant/Purchasing/Business to begin their career with a well-established and forward-thinking manufacturing business based in Birmingham.
Location: Walsall and Birmingham sites available
Shifts: Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 4p:00m
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
*Support senior engineers on live projects from concept through to production
*Assist in the design, development, and testing of products and systems
*Analyse data, interpret technical drawings, and produce detailed reports
*Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to support engineering objectives
*Maintain and improve engineering documentation and quality standards
*Where applicable get involved with Purchasing/Accountancy and Sales if that is your pathway
Essential Skills
*Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related discipline
*Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
*Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
*A proactive and positive approach to learning and development
Desirable Skills
*Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar)
*Exposure to manufacturing or engineering environments (placements, internships etc.)
*Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
Training and Development
*The successful candidate will benefit from structured, on-the-job training with clear progression routes
