Responsibilities will include but are not limited to
Key Responsibilities
*Support 3 C-suite executives by managing complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements.
*Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
*Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up actions for board and committee meetings.
*Provide administrative and project support, including events and conferences.
*Maintain internal records, databases, and SharePoint content.
*Provide team support and cover to ensure continuity of service.
PROFILE
To be considered for this role, you must:
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior-level PA or executive support role.
*Previous experience preparing agendas and taking minutes.
*Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
*Strong planning and organisational skills across all administrative tasks.
*Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
*Proactive, professional, and flexible, with a committed approach to work.
*Keen to learn about the business and take on new responsibilities.
