Prospero Teaching is working closely with welcoming nurseries and primary schools across the New Forest who are seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to join their teams immediately. Whether you’re looking for the consistency of a long-term role or the flexibility of day-to-day supply, we have opportunities to suit you.
The Role:
*Support pupils in the classroom, small groups, or on a 1:1 basis
*Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
*Work alongside teachers and SEN staff to support pupil progress
*Play a key role in supporting pupils learning, confidence, and well-being
The Ideal Candidate:
*Has previous UK school experience (essential)
*Is reliable, proactive, and confident working with children
*Brings enthusiasm, patience, and a passion for education
*Can adapt to different school settings and year groups

*Choice of long-term placements or flexible day-to-day supply
