Tradewind Recruitment is seeking experienced Cover Supervisors and Trainee Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Marlborough and the surrounding North Wiltshire area.
Whether you already have classroom experience or you’re an aspiring teacher, recent graduate, parent returning to work, or someone who has worked with young people in another capacity, we would love to hear from you.

???�? The Role:
* Delivering pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
* Supporting pupils to stay engaged and focused on their learning
* Working collaboratively with school staff

�? Who We’re Looking For:
* Experienced Cover Supervisors OR individuals new to schools who want to get started
* Graduates or aspiring teachers are encouraged to apply
* Experience working with young people (schools, youth work, sports coaching, voluntary roles, parenting etc.) is highly valued
* Confident communicators with a positive, enthusiastic and professional approach
* A genuine interest in making a difference in children’s education

We provide FREE CPD, training, guidance and ongoing support to help you succeed in the classroom.

* Ongoing work 3-5 days per week (term time only)
* Flexible opportunities to suit your availability
* Competitive rates of pay depending on role and experience
* Typical annual earnings: £19,500 - £27,300 (based on 39 weeks per year)
