Nursery Room LeaderSalary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week
Working Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Contract: All year round
Role Overview
To provide a safe, stimulating, and caring environment that supports the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years, in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.


Key Responsibilities*Qualification: Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (Essential), with a full and relevant qualification to be counted in staff ratios.
*Experience: 2 year experience in Nursery or Childcare with under 5s (Preferred).
*Knowledge: Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the Birth to Five curriculum (Essential).
Requirements*Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an early years setting
*Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
*Proven ability to lead, motivate and support a team
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Passion for delivering high-quality early years education
